I am too dumb or something but i never got these silicon things in my ear to stick so these dont drop out when i move around. And then the other version that apple had without the silicone made my ears hurt after for a while. So i am using the oldest version of them headphones for my phone with wire too as i dont like wireless for the reason i am lazy and i probably lose them too as they are really small things. For the lazy part is that i forget to charge them so they be useless when i need them and battery be done for them

I love to true wireless earbuds. They are great when you are in move. Currently I have Jabra Elite 85t which is a superb pair. Also 2 pair of cheap ones. Philips TAT2206 which is good but bass is somewhat weak and Edifier X5 which has great bass. Planning to buy Soundcore Space A40 as well. But other than that if you want only super sound quality and don't care about wires in ear monitors are the best of best.

Go tws if you value convenience. If you want hi-fi, check high quality iems & use an adapter

Fearghast, 7 hours ago With EQ tuning I have to agree, with default Sony profile they are abysmal to listen to. I also didn't like how the wf1000XM4 sounded out of the box, but with some EQ i like them a lot. Would be interesting to hear these new AirPods Pro compared to my XM4

If you want a reference, the Airpods Pro 2's frequency response is a weird concoction of the Airpods Max's low ends, with some Harman spikes and a mostly IEF-neutral response. It's certainly not bad, but it doesn't isn't like the mainstream muddy bass-boosted stuff.

Cross check with... more I know not all Airpods users are the same but a couple of my acquaintances know there are better TWS out there that cost less but they still chose Airpods because, they "want to be in the Apple ecosystem".

I had the original Pro and it sounded so bad that I thought I gotten a fake. Cross check with my friend's pro, sounded exactly the same. We both agree the cheaper lower end Airpod sounded better. I've read reviews on the Pro 2, and people are saying the old Bose and Sony 1000XM3 still sound better. So don't bang on this Pro 2 to sound good folks. Get the cheaper Airpod 3 instead, if sound quality matters more and the apple eco sys.
