Normally known for its cameras, Polaroid is now entering a new market by releasing four types of portable speakers.Something for everyone: the first series of Bluetooth speakers from Polaroid comes with four different sizes. The smallest, only 300 grams, is so compact that you can hang it on your belt. The P2 is just over twice the size and has a wristband, while the P3 is already designed in boombox style. The P4, which weighs a good 2.5 kilos, comes with its own tripod. The P2, 3 and 4 can also be worn with a Polaroid shoulder strap. In terms of battery life, Polaroid competes with the average bluetooth speaker: the P1 gets 10 hours of play time and the other 3 would get up to 15 hours. If you are curious about the water resistance, you can only find an answer with the P1.So far, this is the only speaker in the series that has an IP certification. With a rating of IPX5, you can be sure that the P1 can withstand a drop of rain. All four speakers can be used in stereo mode if you have two of the same type. The P1 speaker can even be purchased immediately in pairs on the brand's website.Every speaker except the P1 can also be used in combination with the Polaroid Music app, with which you can control the music via the analog rotary knob.Polaroid Radio has also been launched in some countries (but not yet in Belgium), five internet radio stations without advertising. As soon as it is available in Belgium, you can find it on radio.polaroid.com or via the Polaroid Music app.The Polaroid speakers are available in different colors: black, red, blue and yellow.Prices range from 60 euros for the P1 to 290 euros for the P4.In the Benelux, the speakers are currently only available through Coolblue. How do you pay in the store?
